Leonard Curtis Business Solutions Group wins Corporate Recovery Firm of the Year at the 2011 Insolvency and Rescue Awards
Leonard Curtis Business Solutions Group triumphed at the Insolvency & Rescue Awards last night, scooping the award for Corporate Recovery Firm of the Year (mid-sized firm) for the second time. The insolvency experts first took the prize in 2008, when the awards scheme, which honours the industry’s highest achievers, was launched.
Leonard Curtis Business Solutions Group, which specialises in assisting SMEs experiencing financial distress with a service-led strategy, stood out significantly from its competitors and was commended by the judges for consistently delivering excellence and client satisfaction as well as for demonstrating strategic vision, good management practices and strong financial growth. This year the firm increased turnover by 15%, opened a new office in Bristol and managed to secure £5m in funding to finance its expansion plans. As part of that, the firm is also set to open several new offices in the coming months.

Neil Bennett, Director at Leonard Curtis Business Solutions, says: “We’re thrilled to be the 2011 Corporate Recovery Firm of the Year. The award endorses our commitment to providing an excellent service to our clients alongside our expanding service lines, which are meeting changing market needs. We are focused on expanding the business to maintain our strong position and to continue to deliver positive results for our clients and the Leonard Curtis Group as a whole.”
The Insolvency & Rescue Awards recognise the best of the best in UK insolvency and corporate rescue, celebrating best practice and the raising of standards across the industry. The awards ceremony took place at the Lancaster Hotel in London on 5 October 2011 and is widely regarded as the most prestigious within the industry.
