Mark joined Leonard Curtis in 2001 from a Big Four firm. He is a qualified Insolvency Practitioner with over 15 years insolvency experience. Mark heads up the firm’s Lancashire operation in all corporate insolvency cases and is the lead appointment taker for the office. He also plays an active Business Development role, promoting the firm’s product offerings across Lancashire. Mark has worked in the Lancashire market throughout his career and has developed specialisms in Lancashire’s leading sectors, including manufacturing and engineering.

Mark is a qualified Insolvency Practitioner and Chartered Accountant with over 10 years insolvency experience in both creditor-led and debtor-led insolvency firms, largely specialising in the SME market. He has worked for mid-sized firms and a Big Four firm and also completed a term of 3 years as a main Council member for the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Scotland.

Mark assists companies in distress and helps them find the most appropriate solutions in the individual circumstances.  His skills and professional qualifications, including a 2:1 law degree, enable him to cut through the legal and accounting complexities and to produce a result that is both equitable and in accordance with the rules and regulations.
