Stockport County Association Football Club Limited in administration - update

Stockport County Association Football Club Limited (SCFC) entered into Administration on 30 April 2009, with the appointment of John Titley and Paul Reeves, Directors at Leonard Curtis, as Joint Administrators.
We can confirm that the administrators have agreed terms with the Melrose Consortium for the sale of the club. As with their previous offer however, the sale remains conditional upon them reaching agreement with the landlord, Cheshire Sports and the Football League. We understand that the next Football League board meeting is scheduled for 11th March.
