Receptionist/PA (Manchester)

A role has arisen in the Manchester City Centre office for a full-time receptionist/PA.

To support a small team of Directors and managers, this is a varied and central role with main responsibilities including -

General admin and secretarial support to team:

  • meeting & greeting visitors
  • answering switchboard, transferring calls, taking messages
  • typing letters and reports
  • arranging travel
  • diary management
  • assistance with marketing activities

Office system maintenance:

  • liaison with suppliers
  • stationery
  • mail
  • room bookings
  • purchase orders/petty cash

A good working knowledge of both Microsoft Word and Excel is essential, together with the ability to be flexible, prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines.

The successful candidate will be well presented and confident, with the ability to multi-task and remain professional and friendly at all times.

Previous experience of a similar role is an advantage.

Hours are 9.00am - 5.15pm and free parking is provided.
