Deborah is a Senior Associate in the Insolvency team based in the Manchester office. She has 18 years’ experience as a solicitor and joined Leonard Curtis Legal in 2017.
Deborah focusses on providing advice on contentious insolvency matters to directors and companies and office holders in all types of insolvency situations assisting clients to resolve their disputes.
Deborah is the main point of contact in the team for a wide variety of procedural applications under the Insolvency Act 1986 and Companies Act 2006 which includes applications for administration appointments, extensions and discharge, dividend and fee approval, block transfers orders, restoration of a company, vesting applications and rectification of the Companies House register.
In addition, she provides support to the Solicitor Manager in relation to client account handling and general advice to the administrators throughout their appointment relating to client monies and reporting to the SRA.
