The workload will be varied, covering all forms of corporate insolvency and restructuring. You will also be working alongside our other business divisions including funding and legal services.

This is a unique opportunity to continue your development as an integral part of a rapidly expanding and ambitious business.

The specific duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Involvement in client meetings from initial contact, with responsibility for driving case to appointment date
  • Dealing with cases from commencement / handover to closure; driving case progression from appointment, including statutory reporting to a variety of stakeholders
  • Stakeholder management
  • Achieving statutory and regulatory compliance
  • Responsibility for additional ad hoc tasks as required
  • Having a degree of autonomy in decision making
  • Developing relationships with other professionals both internally within the group and externally

Skills required:

  • We are looking for an experienced Insolvency Administrator with between one to five years’ relevant experience, looking for the next opportunity
  • Experience of managing a diverse caseload from start to completion
  • ​Experience and understanding of corporate insolvency procedures, particularly CVLs, CVAs, and Administrations
  • Experience of liaising directly with clients from the initial meeting onwards
