The service providers named at the bottom of this page place a high priority on client service and are keen to ensure that the quality of this is maintained. If at any time you would like to discuss how our service to you could be improved, or if you are dissatisfied with the service you are receiving, details of your concerns should be directed to the insolvency practitioner dealing with the matter to which your concern relates in the first instance, as they are the individual who is best placed to deal with your concerns. The insolvency practitioner will provide a full and clear response to the concerns raised.

If you remain dissatisfied with the response received, you should provide full details of your complaint, in writing, to Vicky Pitts of the Compliance Team (vicky.pitts@leonardcurtis.co.uk). We undertake to look into your complaint carefully and promptly and to do all we can to explain the position to you.

If we do not answer your complaint to your satisfaction, you may of course take up the matter with the Insolvency Complaints Gateway which is operated by the Insolvency Service. This may be found at https://www.gov.uk/complain-about-insolvency-practitioner

If considered appropriate, the Insolvency Service will refer your complaint to the relevant Insolvency Practitioner’s regulatory body.
