Benjamin has experience in cross-jurisdictional and high value litigation matters, including international arbitration. He advises on shareholder and directors disputes and acts on behalf of both directors and Insolvency Practitioners in insolvency situations.
Benjamin read law at Cardiff University before completing the LPC at the University of Law in Exeter. During his training, Benjamin gained experience in Litigation, Real Estate and Insolvency, including a 6-month secondment Abu Dhabi. Outside of Work, Benjamin is an amateur rugby player for an inclusive rugby team and enjoys cooking.
