Hilary's experience includes trading a specialist care facility for two years with stakeholder support achieving a successful turnaround and sale of the business, a solvent restructure of a law firm including a debt restructure and protection of c350 jobs, and taking an advisor role to a social housing provider and its key stakeholders providing advice on options, cash management and contingency planning.
Hilary has vast experience of trading companies in administration across all sectors, conducting AMA and sale of business, wind down, pre-packaged administrations and spent 15 months on secondment in business support/recoveries at Barclays Bank.
