Andrew Gregory is a solicitor with over 30 years of experience in advising businesses. The majority of Andrew’s work involves advice on the restructuring of companies and advising on formal insolvency proceedings. The former head of the Restructuring Department of a national law firm, Andrew’s clients included banks, asset based lenders, private equity houses, turnaround specialists and insolvency practitioners. Andrew had acted for Leonard Curtis for over 20 years and in 2015 accepted an invitation to join them and to set up a new law firm, Leonard Curtis Legal.
Andrew continues to provide advice both to the owners of businesses, but also to individuals facing financial difficulty and has considerable experience in personal insolvency matters. As a senior manager with the executive board of a national law firm, Andrew gained a considerable amount of experience in the management of a large professional services firm and now uses this knowledge to advise lawyers and law firms on all aspects of their business and has a particular niche in work outs for law firms in financial distress.
Andrew has recently taken on a new role as chairman of Leonard Curtis Legal to lead the further growth and development of the business.
