In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced Case Managers and Funding Relationship Managers, getting hands-on experience across the full lending journey — from first enquiry through to funds being released. Job Requirements
<ul><li>Strong communication skills, you must be confident on the phone</li><li>Highly organised with good attention to detail and able to manage multiple tasks</li><li>Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment</li><li>Good problem-solving skills and logical thinking</li><li>Interest in property, finance, or lending (desirable)</li><li>Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint</li><li>Comfortable using systems and maintaining accurate records</li></ul>
Job Responsibilities
<ul><li>Building great relationships with teammates, clients, brokers, and lenders</li><li>Collecting and organising information from clients and brokers to get applications moving</li><li>Getting to grips with lending deals and helping match them with the right lenders and products</li><li>Submitting applications through lender systems</li><li>Keeping everything on track by monitoring progress and hitting key milestones</li><li>Keeping clients and brokers in the loop with updates by phone and email</li><li>Keeping records up to date so everything runs smoothly behind the scenes</li><li>Making sure all processes are followed correctly</li></ul>
