- Extensive range of inventory costing approx. £300,000 (excl VAT), including framed artwork, light fittings, lamps, home furniture/ interiors, décor and accessories.
- Frame manufacturing machinery, motor vehicles, warehouse/ retail operations furniture and equipment.
- Intellectual property, including website, domain name and social media account.
- Two long leasehold manufacturing/ warehouse premises and various freehold and leasehold retail premises.
Financials:
- Turnover for year ended December 2023, approximately £5.8m (£10,000 net profit).
- Turnover for year ended December 2024, approximately £5m (£50,000 net profit).
- Turnover for year ended December 2025, approximately £4.7m (£103,000 net loss – unaudited).
- The proposed Administrators invite interest and bids from parties interested in acquiring the whole of the business and assets via a pre-packaged sale following Administration.
