We are instructed to invite offers for the assets of a company specialising in Tarmac and Groundwork Services.
Interested parties must submit their bids by noon on Thursday 22nd October.
We hope to accept the best bid shortly thereafter with a view to completion the following few days by way of a pre- pack administration sale.
The company is based in the Northwest of England and has relatively few physical assets.

It is important to note we will only deal with principals not agents and the identity of the interested party must be disclosed to our satisfaction before we will release an NDA.
