Property and Construction

Property and Construction: Quarterly Outlook - Summer 2026

An informed, commercially grounded insight that helps businesses to understand not only where the market is today, but where it may be heading next.

The UK property and construction industry is sophisticated and complex. Tight margins and intricate contractual arrangements are commonplace.

Margin erosion and cashflow pressures typically result from late payment, disputes, project delays, critical supply chain disruption, fixed price contract risk, skilled labour shortages, interest rate volatility and legislation changes. That is why partnering with a firm that truly understands this sector can make a tangible difference to a project’s outcome and the overall profitability and success of your business.
