Leonard Curtis is seeking parties interested in acquiring the business and assets/shares of a long-established manufacturer of sintered tungsten carbide wear components, which is expected to imminently enter into administration.

  • Capability to manufacture tungsten carbide components with complex internal geometries for harsh and performance-critical environments, including high-pressure oil & gas applications.
  • Large-format manufacturing capability, producing single-piece rings and wear components up to 420mm in diameter for heavy industrial pump, seal, and flow control applications.

  • Experienced engineering-led team with a strong track record of development, including participation in the SPRINT space innovation programme with The Open University.
