We’re currently seeking an experienced Business Advisory Manager.</p><p style=" font-weight: 400; text-align: start;">In this role, you’ll be supporting businesses experiencing financial distress, particularly those struggling with VAT, PAYE, and National Insurance arrears. You will work in the specialist business advisory team with a proven track record of successfully negotiating with HMRC, enabling repayment plans, and helping businesses survive and recover.</p><p style=" font-weight: 400; text-align: start;">You’ll also deliver cash flow solutions, interim consultancy, and lender introductions, while working collaboratively with Restructuring &amp; Insolvency, Funding, and Legal teams to achieve the best outcomes.</p>

<ul style=" font-weight: 400; text-align: start;" id="isPasted"><li style=" font-weight: 400;">Taking an active role in client meetings from initial contact, with responsibility for progressing complex cases through to appointment and ongoing case management</li><li style=" font-weight: 400;">Prepare profit and loss statements and cash flow forecasts to support debt repayment plans for HMRC</li><li style=" font-weight: 400;">Draft reports for HMRC negotiations and concise business reviews</li><li style=" font-weight: 400;">Liaise with business owners and directors to gather essential financial and operational information</li><li style=" font-weight: 400;">Support senior managers and directors in the development and delivery of tailored cash management strategies for distressed businesses</li><li style=" font-weight: 400;">Coordinate with asset-based lenders and funders, providing accurate financial projections and supporting documentation</li><li style=" font-weight: 400;">Manage a portfolio of client cases, ensuring timely and effective case progression</li><li style=" font-weight: 400;">Assist in the day-to-day management of transaction processes, including preparing information packs, conducting financial analysis, and supporting client communications</li><li style=" font-weight: 400;">Build and analyse financial models and business forecasts to support strategic recommendations</li><li style=" font-weight: 400;">Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external professionals, including accountants, solicitors, and funding partners</li></ul>
