She went on to hold various Operational and Risk roles in the Commercial Finance sector, including time spent at Aldermore Bank and GE Capital Bank. Her experience enables her to understand the funding intricacies and requirements of small owner managed businesses, right up to large corporates and PLCs.
In more recent years, Alison has invested in and run several turnaround SMEs, giving her valuable expertise to be able to support both Funders and business Directors, in all phases of the business lifecycle.
