She now advises on complex cross-border matters, including asset recovery and regulatory assignments, with experience across jurisdictions including Guernsey, Jersey, the Isle of Man and the Caribbean, working closely with stakeholders to deliver practical and effective solutions in complex situations.
With a legal background, Bethany holds a First Class Honours degree in Law with Politics.
