Daniel is a Junior Administrator in the Jersey office of Leonard Curtis, specialising in insolvency administration across Summary Winding Up (SWU), Creditors' Winding Up (CWU), and Just & Equitable Court Ordered Winding Up procedures.
Since relocating to Jersey in 2024, he has gained experience across a range of complex matters, including distressed trusts, intricate corporate structures, sanction matters, and high-value property. He acts for fiduciaries, local businesses, corporate service providers, and clients across wider offshore jurisdictions.
Prior to joining the insolvency profession, Daniel accumulated varied experience across parliamentary, legal, and small business environments. He holds a First Class Law Degree from the University of Worcester.
Outside of work, he is actively involved in the Veteran Car Club, participating in UK and international rallies, and enjoys motor racing, field sports, and swimming.
