David joined Leonard Curtis in July 2023 as Chief Financial and Operations Officer, before moving to Chief Operating Officer in January 2025. He has gained experience across audit, M&A and industry. His role encompasses adopting a highly commercial mindset across all 4 pillars to drive efficiencies, in addition to managing the strategic goals of the Group.
David holds a BA (Hons) from Durham University, is ACA qualified and was awarded an MBA with Distinction from Manchester Business School. Previous to this, he played professional cricket with Gloucestershire and Glamorgan.
