Eleanor specialises in non-contentious insolvency, in particular procedural and technical applications. She works closely with insolvency practitioners across the firm’s regional offices, advising on administrations and related proceedings under the Insolvency Act 1986 and the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016. Her work includes administration appointments, extensions of administrations, distribution and discharge applications and fee approval applications, as well as providing general legal advice to the Leonard Curtis group.
Before joining Leonard Curtis, Eleanor spent 10 years working predominantly in international law firms across a range of practice areas, including commercial litigation, property litigation, commercial property and intellectual property. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
