Harry is a Manager in the Restructuring and Insolvency team at Leonard Curtis, based in the Jersey office. He has over ten years’ experience in the industry, with a specialization in complex, cross-border restructuring, asset tracing, and recovery.
Harry was involved with some of the most significant and high-profile insolvency matters in the Channel Islands. This includes his extensive work on the only court-appointed receivership in Jersey’s history, a landmark engagement that required coordinating with legal counsel across Europe, the Caribbean, and Mauritius.
He was also involved in one of the largest and most complex fund liquidations ever seen in Guernsey. This billion-dollar matter, which stemmed from a high-profile fund collapse during the global financial crisis, involved decade-long litigation and set critical legal precedents regarding director duties and corporate governance in the offshore market.

He has utilized this experience across a global footprint of jurisdictions, including Jersey, Guernsey, England & Wales, the Isle of Man, the British Virgin Islands, Anguilla, St Kitts and Nevis, Curaçao, France, The Netherlands, Mauritius, and Italy.
