Karen Assiak is a Quantity Surveyor with over 40 years of experience in the Construction Sector. Projects undertaken range from multi million pound civil engineering infrastructure projects for Tier 1 main contractors to working with regional contractors on refurbishment and fit out projects.
Since 2001 Karen has worked with insolvency practitioners in the field of corporate restructuring and debt recovery. In addition she has many years experience of working with specialist asset-based funders providing pre funding prospect reviews, as well as undertaking regular audits of construction companies to help funders with their ongoing risk assessments.
Karen has a BSC degree in quantity surveying from Leeds University.
