His expertise covers the full restructuring toolkit; cash flow and liquidity reviews, insolvency options analysis, contingency planning, accelerated M&A and formal insolvency including trading Administration, alongside creditor-side appointments such as LPA and Fixed Charge Receiverships. Between 2022 and 2023, he completed a 12-month secondment with a major Asset Based Lender, working on exit planning and portfolio risk analysis, and continues to focus on relationships with lawyers, banks and ABLs.
