Michelle is a Graduate Solicitor Apprentice in the Corporate team, based in Manchester. She supports a broad range of corporate transactions including share purchases and share-for-share exchanges, working closely with clients, external solicitors, and counterparties throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Michelle's work spans document execution and completion, due diligence, and legal administrative support, including liaising with Companies House and HMRC on filing matters, helping transactions run smoothly from instruction through to completion.
Michelle joined Leonard Curtis Legal as a Paralegal in March 2025 and is currently undertaking the Graduate Solicitor Apprenticeship with the University of Law, working towards qualification as a solicitor.
