Working directly with businesses or alongside their accountant/professional adviser, Mike and his team provide a clear pathway for businesses to access capital/funding for their business.

The main point of focus is to present a business in a balanced way that allows banks and lenders to make an informed decision.

By giving a detailed credit analysis which includes financial modelling and deal papers, SDS presents the funding request in a format that is proven to deliver success.

Mike has experience across a range of clients in all sectors, with different transaction types. Typical transactions include acquisitions, MBOs/MBIs, growth capital, and refinances.

Mike and his team recognize the importance of having the right funding partner on the journey and can influence and provide access to capital for both transactions and ongoing growth/working capital.

A key part of the SDS process is to make sure the approach to lenders is based upon true advisory. Having a background as a lender, they only approach the market when they can demonstrate viability and the debt structure and working capital request is appropriate.
