He is contractually and commercially astute having initially worked at the grass roots of the industry as an engineer, quantity surveyor and project manager for medium sized contractors before focusing on planning and delay.
Nick has over thirty years’ experience in the construction and consultancy business. He has also worked in the MENA region for 8 years in Cairo, Oman, Saudi Arabia, and then the UAE working as a Project Manager and predominantly as a Forensic Delay Analyst.
