Nick advises lenders, investors and company directors on distressed property matters across a broad range of asset classes, including shopping centres, student accommodation, development sites and licensed premises such as bars, clubs and restaurants. He has a strong track record in stabilising distressed situations and delivering value-maximising outcomes for stakeholders.
Throughout his career, Nick has led and advised on numerous high-profile and complex engagements, overseeing the recovery and realisation of real estate assets with an aggregate value in excess of several hundred million pounds.
Nick is a member of R3 and a Fellow of the Insolvency Practitioners Association (IPA). He is actively involved in the wider restructuring and insolvency profession and previously served as Chief Examiner for the IPA for over a decade, where he played a key role in the development and assessment of future insolvency practitioners.
