Paul has held senior financial roles since 1998, bringing over 25 years of experience across a broad range of businesses and sectors. His career includes audit services at Baker Tilly and UHY, as well as a decade as a Finance Director within the health and social care sector, giving him a well-rounded perspective on both professional services and complex, regulated environments.
He supported the successful exit of investors Arete Capital Partners and SVELLA Plc in 2025, when leading investment house Pollen Street Capital took a majority stake in Leonard Curtis, with ambitions to double revenues in four years and create more opportunities for the wider team.
Overseeing the financial strategy and operations of the group, Paul supports its continued growth and development.
