Rachael specialises in non-contentious insolvency and restructuring and has experience acting for a variety of stakeholders. Her work includes administration appointments, both in and out of court, business and asset sales in insolvency across a broad range of sectors, including pre-packaged sales, trading administrations and asset-only sales, advice on security structures and enforcement options, and advising insolvency practitioners on all types of formal insolvency procedure, including validity of appointments.
Before joining Leonard Curtis, Rachael qualified as a solicitor in 2022 into the Restructuring & Insolvency department of a national commercial law firm in Manchester.
