Rachael qualified as a Solicitor in 2022 into the Restructuring & Insolvency department of a national commercial law firm in Manchester.
Rachael has experience in all aspects of corporate and personal insolvency acting for a variety of stakeholders and mainly works on corporate restructuring matters, including:
- Appointing administrators and conducting sales of business assets including trading administrations;
- Advising insolvency practitioners and lenders in respect of security and enforcement options; and
- Advising directors and office holders in respect of formal insolvency procedures and advising on validity of appointments.
Rachael has also previously worked in real estate finance and has particular experience advising fixed-charge receivers in relation to secured property assets.
