He has been the Head of M&A in several UK mid-market firms, advising entrepreneurs & private companies, family offices, private equity firms and larger corporates both on bolt-on acquisitions and disposals, and on larger strategic M&A.
Toby brings a hands-on, senior-led approach to M&A Advisory and is passionate about bringing the highest-quality M&A advice to our clients.
Recent sectors of focus include tech-enabled business services, fintech, property, and infrastructure.
Toby has a First Class degree in Chemistry from the University of Oxford.
