Bill started his career in private practice at an international firm of quantity surveyors which enabled him to build his career on a foundation of ‘first principles’. After gaining chartership with RICS, he developed his knowledge and experience in contractor, subcontractor and supplier organisations in both technical and strategic roles. Bill now heads-up our expert services offering where he provides leadership, litigation support (Quantum Expert Witness) and tribunal (Adjudicator, Expert Determiner, Mediator) services.
Bill is an RICS accredited expert witness with testifying experience. In addition, Bill is on several ADR panels, including; RICS, CIArb, CEDR, CIOB, TAE, CIC, UKA.
Bill has championed surveyors of the future by being an RICS APC Assessor and CInstCES Examiner. This has also enabled him to remain current with site systems, methods and processes. In addition, Bill is a Regional Co-ordinator for the Society of Construction Law and also a branch committee member for the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
