PE-backed Leonard Curtis has strengthened its Property & Construction Advisory team with the appointment of four experienced professionals.
Joining the company are Bill Bordill as Director plus Allan Murt and Matt Jackson as Associates, alongside Steve Woolnough as Senior Consultant. All four come from DeSimone (formerly Decipher Consulting).
The appointments mark the continued expansion of the specialist property and construction offering at professional services firm Leonard Curtis, adding the ability to manage risks in construction projects and resolve complex disputes.
Bill Bordill heads-up the construction dispute resolution team and brings extensive experience acting as an expert witness, adjudicator, mediator and expert determiner.
Steve Woolnough provides quantity surveying services alongside advisory, quantum expert work, claims and dispute resolution support.
Matt Jackson is a lead quantum expert with significant experience in the infrastructure, utilities and energy sectors. He has also supported on a range of high-value arbitration, litigation and adjudication matters including independent valuation reports for commercial and residential developments.
With almost 30 years in the industry, Allan Murt brings extensive experience in construction disputes, his broad experience underpinned by his construction and legal qualifications. Allan acts as lead quantum expert across all sectors of the construction industry.
