Dane is a Director and Co-Heads the firm’s Restructuring Advisory division, acting for a range of stakeholders including Asset Based Lenders / Banks, Directors, Creditors and Investors.
In addition to his advisory work, Dane is also a highly regarded licenced insolvency practitioner and often acts on large and complex appointments where his technicality and hands on approach assist in achieving positive outcomes for stakeholders in challenging circumstances.
Dane has a wealth of experience, accumulated over his 19 years in restructuring, and has acted across a wide range of sectors on behalf of client ranging from small SMEs to large, multinational corporations.
Dane is a member of the Insolvency Practitioners Association, and a sitting member of the IPA’s member services and external affairs committee.
Outside of work, Dane enjoys spending time with his young family and, when time allows, enjoys the solitude and challenge of fishing for specimen carp and barbel.
