Leonard Curtis has been appointed to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)’s new panel of insolvency practitioners.

The panel exists to support the effective management of insolvencies involving authorised firms – ensuring the FCA can draw on a pool of advisors with the appropriate skills and experience - acting quickly and effectively where an authorised firm becomes insolvent, helping to protect consumers and the integrity of the UK financial system.

The panel also acts as a useful reference point for regulated firms seeking specialist insolvency advice.

The panel will be in place for a term of 4 years.

This appointment further cements Leonard Curtis as one of the market leaders when dealing with FCA regulated firms having been appointed over the likes of SVS Securities, Nvayo, Hume Capital and Blankstone Sington amongst others. We successfully returned over £1.5 billion of client assets.
