As well as being the philosophy driving our growth, it’s the reason why we launched The Leonard Curtis Foundation.

The Leonard Curtis Foundation launched in December 2020 to enable us all to make a difference and have a positive social impact in areas that we care about – supporting worthwhile causes and local communities.

The Leonard Curtis Foundation (charity number: 1192264) supports a number of causes through financial grants to help those in need, as nominated by our team. LC employees are invited to nominate registered charities that they would like the foundation to support on a twice yearly basis, as well as get involved in fundraising  throughout the year.

Our chosen charity for 2026

This year, we will be supporting children’s charity Variety, which is dedicated to improving the lives of disabled children and their families.

The organisation provides practical support such as specialist equipment, mobility aids, unforgettable experiences and accessible transport.

Variety makes that possible for children who face huge challenges every single day. We’re honoured to stand beside them and do what we can to bring more joy, more opportunity, and more hope to families who need it most.”
