Case study
Block of converted apartments in Hogarth Rd, London.
No tenancy information but non-consented sub-letting and squatters. The apartments were of poor quality and flood damaged. The position was also complicated by a defective inter-creditor agreement.
We obtained vacant possession and implemented a cap-ex programme to create show flats before bringing the apartments to market.
We also liaised with the lenders to complete a new inter-creditor agreement.
Properties sold for circa £1million more than original expectations.
