Leonard Curtis has arranged the successful sale of Midlands-based firm Mastrad Contract Furniture Limited - rescuing all jobs in the process.
Based in Walsall, Mastrad Furniture has been a leading manufacturer and trade supplier of educational contract furniture since 2007.
However, the company entered administration on 7th March 2024 - with Conrad Beighton and Joph Young stepping in to offer support as it became insolvent.
Administrators worked to arrange a pre-pack administration sale to Mastrad Furniture Components Limited - successfully selling the business and its assets.
Joint Administrator Conrad Beighton stated: “We’re pleased to have played a role in helping a good company that was going through a difficult time.
“Securing the sale of Mastrad Furniture has enabled continuity for all customers and has saved all jobs at the business.”
