Leonard Curtis Legal advises energy switch firm as it secures prestigious Manchester office space for 2024

With momentum behind the firm and some ambitious growth targets for 2024, directors aimed to acquire office space in Manchester city centre’s prestigious business district, in the ABC Building in Spinningfields, in time for the new year.

Utility Bidder worked with Joe Averill of Level Workspace to locate and secure the sought after office space of 5177 square feet in the ABC Building Having worked together successfully on other projects, Joe was happy to recommend Leonard Curtis Legal, to support Utility Bidder in completing the lease.
