Hadfields the Bakery will continue serving Huddersfield across all of its 12 shops after a buyer was found for the business.
Leonard Curtis has stepped in to help secure a buyer for the long-standing Yorkshire firm and its assets - saving 76 jobs in the process.
Hadfields has been operating in the Huddersfield area for more than 60 years - opening its first shop back in 1959.
The business had run into difficulties in recent months due to inflation - which led to an increase in costs of utilities, ingredients and other overheads.
The directors themselves invested a significant amount of funds into the business to keep it running, with Megan Singleton and Mark Colman of Leonard Curtis appointed Joint Administrators.
