Leonard Curtis Legal advises on the acquisition of new wedding venue for The Ensarb Estates group
Leonard Curtis Legal has successfully advised the Ensarb team on the acquisition of Hanbury Wedding Barn, a wedding and events venue located in the National Forest, Staffordshire.
A team led by Jennifer Moore with assistance from Sherrelle Scott, Alicia Renshaw, Kulzinder Garcha, Jenny Fell and India Lawrenson successfully delivered the transaction within a tight two-month timeframe, alongside Jessica Swinton, Sarah Bowen, James Kelsall and Dan Oakes from Thompson Wright Chartered Accountants, who have been long-term advisers to the business and provided strategic tax and accounting advice on the acquisition.
Founded in 2006 by Ben and Sarah Reeves, Ensarb is a successful family run group of independent wedding and events venues in the West Midlands.
The acquisition is a great fit for Ensarb enabling it to continue to grow its footprint in the West Midlands offering a varied portfolio of unforgettable wedding venues and services.
