Iain Nairn and Jonathan Todd from Leonard Curtis were appointed Joint Administrators to Element 2 Limited on 6th November and are now marketing the business for sale.
The company, based in central Manchester, specialises in hydrogen refuelling and, since launch in 2022, has developed a strong reputation serving clients across multiple industries and vehicle types in both private and public sectors.
A national network of publicly accessible hydrogen refuelling stations in locations across the UK and Ireland has been built out by Element 2 in the last four years with a view to giving fleet operators confidence to switch to zero-emissions operations without changing their business models.
The Joint Administrators are now actively seeking a buyer for the trade and assets of the company and interested parties should contact Leonard Curtis on 0191 933 1560 or email gateshead@leonardcurtis.co.uk.
