Leonard Curtis Legal expands corporate team with two new appointments
Leonard Curtis Legal (LCL) continues to grow its corporate practice with the appointment of solicitors Mark Maguire and Kane Jones to its busy Manchester team.
The appointments come on the back of a period of sustained growth for the corporate team, driven by strategic client wins, the successful delivery of several sizeable and complex transactions, and a targeted focus on sector specialisms such as Professional Services, Manufacturing, Healthcare and Education.
Mark joins LCL from Pannone Corporate LLP, whilst Kane joins from Blackstone Solicitors.
The expanded team will support businesses, owners and investors nationally across a broad range of corporate matters, working alongside colleagues across the Leonard Curtis group to provide a comprehensive, solution-driven approach for their clients.
