Leonard Curtis strengthens corporate restructuring advisory in Manchester
PE-backed corporate restructure specialists Leonard Curtis have recruited a new Associate Director into its Manchester team, strengthening the firm’s advisory capabilities to clients across the North West.
Jamie Maddox joins with more than 16 years' experience working with directors, lenders and other key stakeholders to identify and deliver turnaround solutions for stressed and distressed businesses.
Having progressed his career through a series of increasingly senior restructuring and advisory roles, Jamie has developed extensive experience across a broad range of sectors and complex assignments.
His expertise spans the full spectrum of formal insolvency appointments, including administrations, liquidations and voluntary arrangements, along with independent business reviews, cashflow management, contingency planning and accelerated sale processes. He successfully oversaw the trading and sale of several complex businesses, including a leading multi-site jewellery retailer, and a manufacturing company supplying an international client base in the automotive sector.
