PE-backed professional services group Leonard Curtis has announced the acquisition of Norwich-headquartered insolvency and business recovery specialist Parker Andrews, expanding its geographical coverage into East Anglia for the first time.

Leonard Curtis operates across the North West, Yorkshire and North East, Midlands, London, the South and offshore, employing 350+ professionals in turnaround, restructure and insolvency, funding, legal and business services.

The acquisition of Parker Andrews will add 30 employees to the group – including six further insolvency practitioners – and marks another important step in the group’s continued growth.

Parker Andrews was set up in 2010 and provides corporate insolvency, personal insolvency, business advisory and creditor advisory services.

The business will continue to be led by senior management team Antony Antorkas, Grace Jones and David Perkins, as part of the Leonard Curtis group.

It will increase the number of locations in the group network to 37, providing a first presence in Norwich, and also in Cambridge, Ipswich, Stanmore, Tunbridge Wells, Plymouth and Truro, where Parker Andrews’ insolvency practitioners are based.

CEO Dan Booth said it was an important acquisition for the firm. “It will set the tone for all future activity. Antony and his team are the right people to join us. They do business like we do and care about the same things. We look forward to building an exciting future with them.”

Director Alex Cadwallader welcomed the deal. He said: “From the very first meeting with Antony we have been impressed with the manner in which he has built and led his high performing team and we look forward to continuing to learn from each other. This acquisition enables us to extend our reach into new geographies and move us closer to our growth goals.”

Logan Mantle, Head of Corporate Development at Leonard Curtis, said he was delighted to welcome Parker Andrews to the firm. He commented:

“Parker Andrews is the perfect fit for us. A well-run reputable insolvency and business recovery practice in an area of the UK where we have no current presence, with an experienced group of work winners and support teams who back our values and approach to business delivery and development.”

The firm has a strong pipeline of M&A opportunities with more acquisitions expected to follow in the next 6-12 months.

Antony Antorkas from Parker Andrews commented: “This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established, highly respected professional services group and add breadth and depth to our own services.

“We share a belief with Leonard Curtis in the value of local relationships with accountants, solicitors and other advisers close to SME business owners to help solve problems and support opportunities.”

He added: “We look forward to scaling at pace in a bigger organisation, which will of course provide our teams with increased career development and progression opportunities.”

Jonathan Guest, Investment Director at Pollen Street Capital, which acquired a majority stake in Leonard Curtis in 2025, added: “The acquisition builds on Leonard Curtis’ track record of successful acquisitions, and is a significant milestone as it continues to build its national presence and scale operationally.”
