Leonard Curtis appoints first Director of Data
PE-backed corporate restructuring firm, Leonard Curtis has appointed Colin Mills as its first Director of Data, marking a significant investment in the firm's data, technology and AI capabilities.
Colin brings over 20 years of experience leading data and AI strategy across some of the UK's most recognisable organisations, spanning financial services, telecommunications and healthcare.
Throughout his career he has developed the architecture for enterprise cloud platforms, built and scaled international data teams, and delivered data solutions that have driven measurable revenue and EBITDA growth.
Colin has also headed up award-winning functions spanning data governance, cloud transformation and AI innovation.
Now leading on shaping and delivering the Leonard Curtis data strategy across people, process and technology, Colin is focused on building out the firm's data infrastructure -driving analytics and automation, developing internal capability and ensuring data processes are robust and secure.

Colin’s appointment comes as the firm also welcomes Chetan Chudasama as Enterprise Applications Manager, and Arvin Charchi as Information Security Manager, who will both play an important role in supporting technology adoption across the business.
