A new digital AML and client onboarding process, developed in partnership with Nivo, is now officially live. Reflecting our continued investment in technology, the new process replaces manual forms and repeated follow-ups with a secure, compliant and streamlined workflow delivered through the Leonard Curtis Funding mobile app, allowing clients to complete forms, communicate securely and upload documentation all in one place.
People powered by technology
This investment in technology is about giving the team more time, not replacing what they do. By automating the most time-consuming administrative elements of AML and onboarding, the team is freed up to focus on building strong, meaningful relationships with clients and their advisers to deliver the genuine personal service Leonard Curtis is known for. The expertise, judgement and client focus remain firmly with the people. Technology simply removes the paperwork.
Saving clients' time
The new process introduces several capabilities designed to reduce administrative friction for both clients and the team, while keeping human oversight at the centre of every stage.
The AI acts as an additional resource rather than a replacement for people, prompting swift completion and ensuring nothing is missed. Clients have the option to update their forms using voice-enabled input, making the process as straightforward as possible.
Ellie Woodhouse, Director of Funding Operations, said: "By using AI to handle that groundwork in a secure and controlled environment, we free our team up to concentrate on delivering for our clients and building relationships, focusing on the areas where human expertise adds the most value. We acknowledge this process can be challenging and time-consuming for clients; our solution focuses on enhancing their experience, which is a key priority."
