Phil Deyes from Leonard Curtis and Frazer Ulrick from Westgates Restructuring were appointed Joint Fixed Charge Receivers over three commercial properties owned by Baldwins Travel Agency Limited on 7th May 2025.
The properties are in Royal Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge and Tenterden in Kent.
The appointed receivers will be marketing the properties for sale or rent and interested parties should contact them on baldwinstravel@leonardcurtis.co.uk
Phil Deyes commented: ‘’Our role as fixed charge receiver is to manage and sell the properties over which we have been appointed.
We are not responsible for the management or operations of the travel agency.
We are unable to deal with any enquiries relating to holiday bookings which may have been made before our appointment.’’
ABTA has confirmed to its principal members that they are able to submit pipeline claims in respect of Baldwins Travel Agency Ltd (Baldwins), a former agent member of ABTA, with effect from 15th May 2025.
As Baldwins is a travel agent, customers who booked holidays through Baldwins should be able to carry on with their travel arrangements as planned. They will need to contact their travel operator or travel provider directly.
