New M&A manager joins Leonard Curtis
Leading PE-backed professional services firm Leonard Curtis has strengthened its M&A team with the appointment of Ed Fenwick.
Ed joins with a strong track record in Accelerated M&A and Restructuring Advisory having spent his last two years in S&W's (formerly ReSolve) Advisory team.
Leading multiple engagements, managing full transaction lifecycles and acting as the main contact for senior stakeholders, investors and client leadership teams, Ed brings significant expertise to the Group.
Based in the firm’s London office, Ed will bring a range of industry experience to bear on his new role, having delivered strategic advice and transaction support across real estate, technology, media and communications (TMT), edTech, food & beverage, and scientific research sectors.
Prior to his post at S&W, Ed spent four years at EY where he worked on high profile clients in the TMT, energy and retail sectors, leading several audit teams and developing a strong foundation in financial and operational analysis.

In the role, Ed will be managing and executing M&A mandates from inception to completion, providing financial analysis and transaction support across diverse sectors, expanding client relationships and securing further mandates.
